Shortly after graduation from Chiropractic School in 1996, Dr. Tetuán moved from Atlanta, Georgia to Bellevue, Washington, where he currently practices. He attended Georgia Southern University majoring in Biology and went on to graduate school at LiC University where he graduated with his Doctorate in Chiropractic. Dr. Tetuán was accepted into the Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society for his scholastic scores being in the top 10% in the nation. He was board certified with the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners in 1996 and went on to continue his education at National University in Lombard, Illinois where he completed certification in Physiological Therapeutics. 

He is one of only a few certified Kinesio® Tape practitioners in the State of Washington and is a certified Active Release Technique® provider. Dr. Tetuán is also certified Graston® technique practitioner. He has been trained with the world’s most researched 3LT™ Therapeutic Lasers, the Erchonia EVRL laser, and also utilizes the Erchonia PL5000 therapeutic laser. He graduated from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego in 2003 and in 2004, attended the SRISD Scientific Conference and earned his advanced certification in Whiplash and Brain Injury Traumatology.

Dr. Tetuán is an active member in the American Chiropractic Association and Washington State Chiropractic Association. He continues his education every year, focusing on motor vehicle crash injuries, sports related injuries, and various standard and up and coming technique training. He lives in beautiful  Snoqualmie Valley with his wife and two children.
